Promoting sport and activity in our communities, this fantastic day of free sports and fun will be delivered by our fantastic team of inspirational volunteers!

6 years of events go in a flash, we have met so many people along the way and had a lot of fun introducing a huge variety of sporting activities to communities across London. Many of you have found your active passion and keep coming back year after year to trial the new sports available to you.
